Here’s what’s included

• Depending on our destination, international airfares may be included (SHE’s not a travel agent, but our friends at The Travel Studio will book your flights to and from the destination and help you with extensions if you’d like to stay on). You’ll find detailed costings and inclusions outlined on each itinerary.
• Single accommodation at beautiful hotels, resorts, villas
• Breakfast each day
• Dinner each night (excluding drinks)
• All transfers, tours, activities as detailed on the trip itinerary
• English speaking local tour guide
• One of the experienced trip managers from SHE to look after you – you won’t have to worry about a thing; SHE’s with you all the way!

What’s not included

• Airport departure tax / visas (SHE’ll let you know what you need to do, how much you need to pay)
• Alcohol and soft drinks
• Meals outside the trip program outlined here (this is generally only lunch, although that’s sometimes included depending on the day’s program)
• Hotel incidentals: mini bar, laundry, telephone
• Travel insurance (SHE won’t leave home without it and won’t let you either! The Travel Studio can help you with this)
• Tips and gratuities: if you receive such great service you want to shout it from the rooftops, feel free to leave a little something for the hardworking local staff in cash; SHE’s sure you won’t be alone

A bit of background on the SHE travels inclusions…

Accommodation
SHE doesn’t like to compromise when it comes to a good night’s sleep and a comfortable room.  SHE also likes to stay in accommodation that makes the most of the destination, is well located, and has a certain sense of style.  Accommodation might be any of the following options:

• Minimum 4 star hotel accommodation, most often SHE likes the luxury of 5 star
• Swanky villas (with private bathrooms, a plentiful supply of sun lounges you don’t need to fight for, a dedicated chef preparing menus tailored specifically to the SHE ladies, plenty of space and lots of privacy if you’d like it)
• Beautiful homes and private accommodation options with all the special touches you’d expect from a ladies only experience

Our trips are based on single accommodation (no supplement required) – SHE believes you deserve a little luxury – your own room, your own bathroom, no-one to tell you to get out of the shower! What a treat! SHE knows you’ll enjoy the privacy of retreating to your own room at the end of a long, wonderful day.

SHE loves to eat
Our trips will include breakfast each morning (pretty much at your leisure, we’re not doing the ‘coach tour’ thing here!) and dinner each night. As independent women travellers we know that dinner can be the most awkward meal of the day – there’s not much fun in sitting alone in a restaurant at night trying desperately to look interested in a magazine you can’t read because it’s too dark, surrounded by people having a great night out! Dinner is the one meal we’ll all get together to share our daily adventures, compare shopping tips, debate the best massage in town and just chat.

There may be some day activities that include lunch, otherwise you’ll have the option to make your own arrangements during the day.We’ll point you in the right direction – SHE‘s very food focused!

SHE gets out and about
SHE loves spending time with the locals and getting to know all about those wonderful things that make the destination ‘tick’.  When we’re out and about, we’ll be accompanied by a local guide who’ll take us behind the tourist scene and regular ‘traps’ and introduce us to the real heart of the destination.  Great shopping tips, authentic dining experiences, unique cultural adventures – you’ll have time to take it all in without your nose permanently stuck in a Lonely Planet guide! (all due respect – SHE loves the Lonely Planet guides! Especially Encounters!)
